cute for a little girl...No Sew Flag T Shirt: Supplies needed: White T-Shirt Red RickRack Blue Ribbon Fusable Tape Iron Cut your rick rack to the length you'd like. Cut the fusable tape and place it between the rick rack and the t-shirt. Iron. Make a bow out of the blue ribbon and fuse it to the t-shirt as above.:
